"Bed was too uncomfortable we messaged owner about checking out early but they didn’t respond to late so we had to stay another night then check out. Tv didn’t work properly so we couldn’t watch the movies we bought on the usb. Was nice enough place but smaller than I thought , and very overpriced. "

"This was our second time staying at The Ridge and for good reason. If you are looking for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of city living I can definitely recommend this outstanding oasis. "Seven of us stayed at Highlanders for the weekend, school friends connecting over decades of friendship. It was the perfect location - rolling hills and complete peace but only five minutes to Gloucester. The house is beautiful, and equipped with everything we could have needed. Great communal spaces and room for privacy, and an amazing fire pit stocked with wood for long nights under the stars. Thank you so much."

"The location is great, 10 minutes from Gloucester on a hill top with fantastic views and cows, a donkey and a small horse in the fields. The property however is a shack on the outside and inside. It does have a shower though no hot water, there is aircon, internet and small tv which you can log into your provider. There is no eating area apart from a table outside but there are so many flies and mosquitoes you cannot use it. The sofa is a fold down bed which needs throwing out and the bedroom...

"What a surprise package this place was! Just an overnighter for me and a mate as we were passing thru on motorbikes. The Manager offered to allow us to park our bikes around the back, in front of their private garage, out of public view and under a security camera.
