"I booked a 4 day stay in a room with a balcony and garden view. However , upon my arrival,I was assigned a ground-floor room facing the street. ( 4m to the street) .The room also had a noticeable musty ,moldy smell, so I refused to accept it. The hotel then offered me a room with balcony and street view for the first 2 nights, informing me that I would tl have to move back to the original for thr remaining nights. As I did not wish to spend my stay in an unpleasant room I decided to leave...

Breakfast was another highlight. The staff paid attention to the little details and noticed how much we enjoyed the fresh...

Manicured grounds and very clean pool area nestled right next to towering limestones. Breakfast is made to order with western and local fare (pho for breakfast some of the best Ive had!). The highlight was definitely the family who owns and runs the property. They were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable, and they made me feel at home throughout my entire stay. You can tell they really care about their guests and put a lot of heart into the place.

"I really enjoyed my stay here, it is a brand new hotel.
The staff were so friendly, including Huong, Tung tu and Phuong.
Who WhatsApp me to help me organise a driver or checking if I wanted any lunch preparing. At the same time they give you space too. So the ideal balance.
It’s such a peaceful location, if you want visit the Padonga.
As a nomad who works too, the wifi was really strong here, both within the room and outside.
