With amenities like a washing machine/dryer, fully functional kitchen, dining room, as well as comfortable living area, and don’t forget the sitting space out front, and an awesome pickleball court for the community right across the street, you will feel right at home. The downstairs offers a half bathroom, and upstairs has a full bath with bathtub/shower, and hair dryer for added convenience. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. Don't forget about the cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Enjoy your time in Biloxi at our precious house right across from the beach and walking distance to many attractions. We love walking down the boardwalk to eat at Snappers, The Reef, and Shaggys. White Pillars restaurant is a block away and next level delicious. We also have a pickle ball court under construction at the entrance of the community that will be first come, first serve use.
Check out the MS Coast & Coliseum Convention Center less than 5 minutes away for amazing entertainment.
Within walking/easy driving distance is Big Play Entertainment Center (look it up: go carts, bumper cars, arcade, bowling, etc) which provides tons of fun. The Keesler Air Force Base is only 2.7 miles away, and a short drive to the Gulfport-Biloxi Airport as well as Air Guard Station.
The Beau Rivage is only a 5 minute’s drive away, as is Treasure Bay, and other casinos are very close by, too, if you want a date with Lady Luck.
We are excited to host you in this brand new home with furniture all new straight from the showroom furniture, minus the beautiful double bed which is a gorgeous antique frame on a new mattress.

Due to our street being newly developed across from the beach, GPS hasn’t found it yet (as of typing this). Please input 1662 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS to get you to the entrance of our community and then look for house number 117 in Coral Breeze.
