Triangular Casa in Billings

Our Triangulo Casa is a light, airy, and clean home that is centrally located in Billings. It is located minutes from downtown, the airport, the hospital district, the college campuses, West End amenities, and public transportation. The two cozy bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, an updated bathroom, a fully functional kitchen, beautiful hardwood floors, full laundry facilities, and a large backyard make this home the perfect stay for traveling couples or families!

This unique stucco Spanish-style home was built in 1940 and has been recently updated with a complete bathroom remodel, new light fixtures, paint, and hardwood floors that have been professionally refinished.

The master bedroom includes a queen bed, black-out blinds, and two walk-in closets with shelves to store items for a weekend getaway or an extended stay. The second bedroom is located in the back portion of the house, which provides separation and privacy, and includes a queen bed with closet storage.

The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to make a snack or a full meal! There is a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, crockpot, and coffee maker. It is also fully stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee cups, pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, cutting boards, a colander, and mixing bowls. I provide coffee, tea, hot apple cider and hot chocolate mix, oatmeal, and popcorn for snacking during your stay. There is also an assortment of creamers and sweeteners for your coffee!

Enjoy a movie on the comfortable couch in the open-concept living room or a beverage on the covered patio with all the comforts of home. The large backyard is maintained and fenced for kids to run and play. The long and wide driveway provides plenty of off-street parking. The property also has a single-car garage that can be used for storing bikes or other gear during your stay.

The washer and dryer are located in the laundry room along with laundry soap and dryer sheets for use during your stay. You can also take advantage of the clothesline in the backyard for drying your laundry!

This cozy home is located on a street connecting downtown amenities to shopping on the west end of Billings which can have busy times of the day and noise from the traffic. This central location allows for quick and easy access to the airport, and the interstate, as well as shopping, theater, and concert venues for a night out in Billings!
