Bo's Old West Landing w/Hot Tub and Sunrise Views

Uniquely modern Montana experience - Come enjoy your stay and take in the custom Montana fir floors, new appliances, stacker washer and dryer as well as a nice deck to sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. This unit has three spacious rooms. Two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a king bed and the other a queen bed. And the upstairs/loft bedroom has its own queen bed. The downstairs bathroom has a large custom tiled shower with a stacker washer and dryer. The upstairs bathroom also has a custom tiled shower. Guests also have access to a beautiful Sundance Spa and dry sauna.

Main Floor: Nice large kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, coffee pot, utensils, plates, bowels, cups, pots, pans and so much more.

Bedroom 1: King bed, spacious closet.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, dresser, spacious closet.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs loft): queen bed and futon couch

Bathroom: Large custom tiled shower with stacker washer and dryer.

Living/dining room - smart tv with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and many other apps. You will need to use your own account to log into each app. Nice leather recliner and couch to relax and unwind. Oak hardwood table to enjoy your home-cooked meal or take-out.

Upstairs/Loft: Nice queen bed (sleeps 2) plus a futon that easily sleeps one. Awesome gas fireplace that makes the loft extra cozy and perfect for those chilly Montana evenings. The loft has a nice kitchenette with microwave, fridge, coffee pot, electric grille, plates, bowls, cups and utensils. As well as a nice spacious bathroom with custom tiled shower.

Hot tub and dry sauna - guests have access to a beautiful Sundance Spa and dry sauna. The hot tub and dry sauna are available to guests in my other units as well (shared space). The hot tub is available from 8am to 10pm and children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

This place shares walls with other units and is intended to be a quiet and relaxing space for guests. Please only book if this is the type of stay you would like for yourself and other guests in the building.
Quiet hours are required after 10pm and until 7am. There is no smoking, vaping, pets or guests allowed.
