There was no maintenance staff available to fix it. We were offered a refund upon checking out and still have not received it. "My family has stayed in this hotel every time we come to Helena. The staff are amazing. The location is great for food and shopping. The rooms are fairly large. And the amenities (pool, fitness room, laundry facilities) are better than most every other hotel I’ve stayed in across the nation."
