"Unsere Urlaubswoche war einfach Traumhaft. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach unschlagbar. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts :) Die Ausstattung ist wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Vor allem die Kinder haben sich über das SUP-Board gefreut. Wir konnten sogar an einem Tag 2 Delfine vor der Bucht bewundern <3 Minikleine Anmerkung hätte ich noch - ich hätte gerne noch im Schlafzimmer einen Spiegel gehabt bzw. in beiden Schlafzimmern. "Wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern einen tollen Urlaub in dem schönen Haus. Obwohl ruhig gelegen ist man in 5 Minuten in der City oder am Strand mit dem Auto. Wir wurden sehr nett und mit Begrüßungsgetränk empfangen. Auch bei kleineren Problemen oder Tipps zur Umgebung oder Unternehmungen war der Vermieter immer hilfsbereit. "Our stay here was truly lovely, the villa has everything you could need, well equipped kitchen, spacious lounge area and beautiful pool. Air con was welcome as it was 35 plus for our stay. Will need a car though only 5mins from good supermarket, and town of Rogoznica which has a lovely walk along a harbour area with lots of restaurants. "Wir waren zwei Familien und 12 Tage dort. Das Anwesen is schön angelegt und sehr ruhig gelegen. Pool und das nahe Meer waren für die sehr heißsen Tage sehr angenehm. Die Terasse mit dem Terassendach bot uns außen sehr gute Möglichkeiten, auch außen mit allen schön zu speisen. "High quality property in great location with wonderful views. Great pool with outdoor eating area and separate fenced games area with trampoline. Hosts were extremely helpful and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Razanj with collection of restaurants and bars 5- 10 minutes away and Rogoznica with a much bigger selection about 15- 20 minutes drive.Loads to do in the local area but Krka national park and boat trip to Primostan a must. First time to Croatia but definitely be back"

" Das Haus liegt fantastisch für alle, die ein paar ruhige Tage am Meer wollen. Die Ausstattung ist ok (wer Kuchengabeln oder eine Knoblauchpresse braucht, sollte diese mitbringen), umfasst vor allem auch alle Verbrauchsgüter wie Müllbeutel und Spülmaschinentabs in großer Zahl.Was unseren Kindern sehr gut gefallen hat: Es gibt 2 SUPs und ein Paddelboot zum Spielen"

"We spent a week in the villa for our family holiday, two families with an age range of 18 upwards. Everyone has a fantastic time, the villa was perfect. We hired a boat for the week so needed a villa close to the sea, we couldn't ask for one any closer than this villa. The villa is perfect for large groups of people as there are areas if you want some quiet time but also areas to have lots of fun as a group. The villa is a must but you will need either a car or a board due to it's location."
