The property has two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen to ensure the comfort of our guests. In addition, we have a car park that is exclusively for the use of our guests.

As we have mentioned before, the neighbourhood is quiet and residential, but even so, our guests will find all kinds of shops: supermarkets, chemists, bazaars, pintxos area, etc.

In the Plaza del Desierto you will find the Renfe Cercanías stop which can take you to Bilbao and/or Portugalete in just 15 minutes. The train also takes us to other towns such as Santurtzi (C1) and Muskiz (C2). It is worth mentioning that there are several Bizkaibus and Kbus bus stops nearby.

The property is 15 minutes from Bilbao, 15 minutes from the port and 20 minutes from the airport
