"The Bothy is a great find. Intimate space ideal for a couple that would suit a small family too. Bothy was spotless. Some nice walks nearby and interesting spots a short drive away. The hot tub is really welcoming on a cold evening."

We had to book another place in the few days running up to our visit as it turned out that the location of this property had been wrongly advertised and the actual location was over 30 minute drive from where we were meant to be staying. We had already paid for this and the communication between the website and ourselves has been poor. We are still waiting for a full refund. "What a wonderful house and in such a nice neighbourhood and only a short ride to city centre. The house is great with the most comfortable beds, excellent wi-fi, immaculately clean with all the amenities one would need. "Stayed at this property for Christmas week with our adult kids and hosted Christmas dinner for several local family members. The property was fantastic. Very clean and extremely well appointed, particularly the kitchen. We loved the cozy living room in the evenings for family games and movie watching. "We stayed a couple days in Rosewell. Plenty of amenities for me and my family. No AC and we got there on a hot day, so that was rough. But for the price, id say it was worth it!"

"This house is incredible. The check-in, arrival details, and activity details are clear and helpful. The property is large, well maintained, warm, and perfectly situated. We were a group of academics holding a small workshop. There were plenty of spaces for private work, a large table for our workshop, and an excellent kitchen for cooking large meals.
