"Great hotel. The staff at check-in were great. The guy explained everything in great detail and answered every question I had such as pool times, breakfast, etc. The pool was open from 8am to 10pm, and although it isnt the largest in size, it definitely was a nice amenity to have. The breakfast options were nice, many choices like waffles, eggs, biscuit and gravy, bacon/sausage, and a good assortment of cereals and breads. "The property was not what we was expecting We had watched the makeover on tv that dave an jenny done It was just.okay. the pool was great Our room had an awful sewer smell. Thank goodness they moved us to a diffrent room at 10 pm. Are we would have had to check out an go some where else"

"The only milk was oat or soy milk, therefore I didn’t eat cereal. The eggs I think were powdered, not much flavor. My son had waffles and they seemed to be okay as well as the sausage. "

"The property is not like the picture. It is the exact opposite. There was tools and equipment in the hallway from maintenance. I found a bug under the bed sheets. Sheets were stained. Room smelled of smoke which was labeled non smoking. I went to front desk for a refund and was told no because I booked thru Expedia. I asked for a copy of the signed receipt. Front desk refused. They did offer me a suite and I refused. Do not stay. I lost $115. But I can't take the chance of getting bed bugs...

"We stayed in a suite. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. No dish soap. Shower water pressure was good. No shampoo. All bottles hard for short person to press down to get soap. No bath towel rods to hang wet towels. Bed was nice. Need maid service every day to give more soap, coffee, General check on things."

"I didn't realize there wasn't a coffee maker or microwave in the room. I'd definitely prefer some way in-room for heating water for tea or coffee. Otherwise, we loved the modern, compact space for the two of us and thought the hotel was beautiful. It's also very convenient to all the downtown establishments, most withing walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I'm sure we'll book a room here again sometime."

"Great room. Well designed for the space. However, there is no ventilation for the bathroom. The room becomes very humid and/or smelly after anyone using the bathroom. They have bagels and multiple options to build your bagel. I also love the fresh water with the taste of lemon which is available all day."

"We went to Bentonville to do some mountain biking but wasn't sure where we were gonna store our bikes in a traditional hotel (multi floor). Then we found The Bike Inn. There was storage in the room and all the rooms are ground level. There were plenty of bike oriented amenities on the property. We bought gloves and a jersey from the pro shop for a fair price. The water bottle fill station and ice maker were also a huge plus as well. There were plenty of other amenities on site that we didnt use...
