"Very clean, great views, and wonderful grassy area for picnics or games. Breakfast was simple but delightful. Beds are very comfortable. "

"We love the 2 big rooms connected as one big house. We love the woody property that is very close to downtown Mendocino. Very quiet and safe. The unit that we got needs a few upgrades. The carpet has to go. The other units have hardwood floors. The wifi is weaker at night, u cant watch anything. Same goes w the cellphone signal, cant make a phone call not surf the internet even if you used your own data. The staff were very friendly and front desk personnel were quick to response. "They were very nice and accommodating, they checked on us to see how things were, definitely our new honeymoon/anniversary spot. I loved that they weren’t too over crowded, very confident location, the masseuse was great and the front desk lady was a complete delight. 110% recommend!!"

"Best price for the area that I found when I went. Convenient to find. With walking distance of a Safeway for shopping. Relatively clean and very comfortable. Had a microwave and fridge, which helped with my meal planning for road trip. Front desk personnel were polite and easy. Would recommend. "

"What a great place. The owners were friendly and greeted us with chocolate chip cookies. The room was super clean and the grounds well taken care of. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. There was a bar/grill next door with a gorgeous view of the ocean, a convenience store next to that and I'll will stay with them next time we go thru San Simeon. This place is a gem and highly recommend staying here."
