"The budget inn is not luxurious by any means, but I have stayed here multiple times. It is perfectly fine to meet my needs. I've never had any problems with safety, and the guy who runs the place is very nice. He even helped me change a tire on my boat trailer once. I definitely recommend this place"

"The general property condition was very good, not excellent, but very good. My room had a bathtub and the first time I stepped into it, I almost crashed and fell. The tub was extremely slick with not rubber bath matt. I had to hang onto the grab bar the whole time I was taking my shower...NOT an experience I want to repeat. "Loved the location and the size. Very comfortable! I would recommend. Felicia very easy to work with. Had to go out and buy soap as was not part of the toiletries or had just run out perhaps. Outside was not as dog friendly as we thought, openings and small wall and no back yard per se, but very easy to walk them around the neighborhood where those we ran into were very friendly. Small table and chairs would have been nice for games but we brought stools in from the patio and made the counter...

"rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was very disappointing.
The room had serious cleanliness and safety issues. The door latch was broken, there were cobwebs in the room, I found a long hair on the bed, and the shampoo and conditioner appeared half-used. The outdoor area was also very dirty, with trash everywhere and overflowing trash cans that were not cleaned overnight.
