"Property is only accessible by helicopter. The road is not safe to travel on. I have a lifted 2024 4X4 Tundra and could not safely get to the house. Trying to back out once you make the turn is the most dangerous thing I've done in a long time. No phone service if stuck and you are miles from anything. "It is a very lovely clean apartment, easy check-in and out and a helpful host. We enjoyed our stay a lot! It is on a working farm so we saw and heard farm animals. We set outside and enjoyed the nature around, we got a visit from the farm dog, pet goats, saw fireflies and were followed everywhere by cats. Cats were the best, so friendly and cuddly! I recommend this place."

"Very cute, Loved the porch for morning coffee. Wish there had been a second bathroom upstairs. At my age, it’s at least a couple trips down the stairs at night. Disappointing that there was no cable or whatever and internet was very slow so couldn’t really use the TV. But maybe it was just us. Didn’t really miss it that much. Would definitely stay again. During the remainder of our trip we kept saying how we miss the porch!"

"Very clean, very nice, very up to date appliances and amenities. Just as advertised. Was a great place to stay for a few nights. Back off the road. The yard is secluded, surrounded by woods. Beds comfortable. Hot tub looked great. We didn't use it. Jacuzzi tub in the master bath worked great. Plenty to do very close. Would definitely recommend and return ourselves. Thanks!"

"Absolutely fabulous home! Stayed two nights with 8 friends for a ladies weekend and had a wonderful experience. The house is situated beautifully, well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen, and had extremely comfortable beds. We loved being so close to the Old Rag trailhead, and also got to enjoy the local area as well. Elena (host) was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend. "

"The house was absolutely beautiful and on such an amazing property. The hosts were easy to contact and were very nice as well. It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay, waking up to the horses and cows every morning was a dream. It’s in the perfect location if you want to hike in Shenandoah and it’s not too far from other places either! Would 10/10 recommend staying here, I can’t wait to come back! "

"Boa localização (na via principal da cidade). Quarto bom, eatava limpo mas o carpete é antigo. Banheiro naquele padrão dos EUA que não tem janela. Tem piscina que parecia estar limpa (não usei). O hotel tem um restaurante que oferece café da manhã a lá carte com custo extra, opções bem americanas. Me hospedaria novamente especificamente se fosse visitar o parque Shenandoah (pois fica muito próximo da entrada Thorton Gap)"
