Please keep noises to a minimum between the hours of 9pm and 9am. Being on the deck using the BBQ after 10:00 PM can result in a fine. Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the property by the City Code Officers with no refund and additional fines from the City of Big Bear if they receive a noise complaint.

Welcome to Lakefront On Waterview, located on the shore of Big Bear Lake in the desirable area of Boulder Bay. This lakefront home is only 38 steps from the shore, allowing you to enjoy breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains that surround it. As you step into this one-of-a-kind home, you’ll notice that each room provides you with some of the best views you’ll find here in Big Bear. Newly renovated and updated, Lakefront on Waterview will provide you with a Big Bear experience unlike any other. 


Step into the main living space and cozy up on the sofa in front of the wood-burning fireplace, the perfect spot to defrost after an adventurous day exploring Big Bear. Enjoy watching your favorite movies on the flat-screen TV or grab a good book and curl up in the window nook as you admire the views. This waterfront home has been decorated with mountain decor with wood features throughout creating a warm and inviting environment to kick back and relax. Just steps away, the updated chef’s kitchen provides you with everything you need to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal. Equipped with stainless steel Viking appliances, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a gas range, quartz countertops, a large island with an attached prep sink and so much more. An air fryer and coffee pot are also provided for you to use during your stay. The breakfast bar offers seating for four guests while the large dining room table gives you additional seating for eight. Steps away, you’ll find a full-size laundry room providing two washers and two dryers stacked and ready for you to use if the need should arise during your stay. This home has Wi-Fi throughout and multiple streaming services available to entertain you and your family.

Access to the mid-level deck can be found through a door in the main living area or through the kitchen. Step outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air and take in the stunning views. Enjoy a family meal under the shade of pine trees at one of the patio tables. Exterior stairs give you quick access to the lower-level deck.

Downstairs, the lower level provides hours of fun and entertainment in the game room. Enjoy a game of billiards or try your hand at the arcade game. Plenty of comfortable seating space can be found on the large sectional couch, window nook, or bean bag chair as you wait for your turn. A mounted large flatscreen TV gives you the perfect spot to watch a great movie or the big game. A set of sliding glass doors leads you to the indoor hot tub and dry sauna, ready to enjoy at any time of the year. The high ceilings allow for circulation and airflow with wood features providing a feeling of warmth.

Sit back and relax on the lower level deck as you enjoy a glass of wine and stunning lake and mountain views. Steps lead you down to the water's edge. Bring your kayaks and portable lake toys and enjoy hanging out right in front of the house. Make snowmen in the wintertime or lay out on a beach towel during the summer. This yard is enormous and provides much space between the neighbors. This home is dog friendly, so bring your furry friends along to enjoy this amazing home as well.

Head up to the top level of this home where the remaining three bedrooms have been designed with your comfort in mind. At the top of the stairs, a window nook and game/poker table provide another fun option for game night. The first bedroom offers a plush king-size bed and futon couch as well as access to a private deck. The kids will love the fun bunk room with two twin over full bunk beds and a window nook perfect for bedtime stories.

The last bedroom is the master, giving you a large king-size bed with a cozy gas fireplace and an attached master bathroom with double vanity sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate glass walk-in shower. A private fitness room is also attached to the master bedroom, providing a Peloton bike, yoga mats, and resistance bands so you won’t have to miss out on those early morning workouts. Private deck access can also be found in this room, offering stunning lake views.
The lower level game room woodstove is off limits to guests.

ABSOLUTELY NO BOAT OR HAULING TRAILERS TO BE PARKED OR BROUGHT ONTO THE PROPERTY INCLUDING BACKING INTO THE DRIVEWAY. NO EXCEPTIONS! (If you need additional parking and are bringing a trailer there is an open public parking lot provided by the city of Big Bear off of Alden Rd.)

Lake levels vary throughout the year and  availability is not guaranteed at the time of your arrival. Destination Big Bear is not responsible for the level of water in the lake during the course of guest's stay. Please contact us to inquire about the most up-to-date lake levels for lakefront properties.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
