Snow Summit Cabin Big Bear- 25ft to Snow Summit!

Stay at our newly remodeled and furnished cabin with a modern, fresh and cozy vibe. Our cabin townhome is literally a 2 min walk to the Lodge at Snow Summit! The mountain-facing unit has 2 decks with gorgeous views- check out the crowds before you ski, board or bike! Private parking, fireplace, a swimming pool for the warm months, outdoor grill, and all other high-end amenities you need for an amazing mountain vacation!

The entire home is yours to enjoy! Our well-designed, comfortable townhouse offers a tri-level open floor plan, updated amenities (i.e. NEST smart thermostat, new 52` LED flat screen with Direct TV NOW and Apple TVs, fast internet), and convenience. This complex is the closest property to the Snow Summit resort (2 minute walk to slopes), backs up to beautiful hiking trails, and is just a quick drive to the lake, Village, and everything else that Big Bear has to offer.

There are 2 bedrooms downstairs- one master with cal King (separate flat-screen w/ APPLE TV) and mountain views, and one queen in front. Upstairs find the kitchen, dining room with a large hardwood dining table (can seat 8+), and an open living room with vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams which has views of the mountain on one side and faces the bar and kitchen on the other.

Enjoy beautiful mountain views from the living room, while relaxing by the fire, or sitting on the deck!

Full cabin is yours to enjoy! As this is also our vacation home, we offer quite a range of cooking utensils, spices, sugar, etc. Space is available in the closets for clothes and luggage. There is also access to one of the two Ski / Board closets next to the front door for other gear.

We are very communicative and available via email or phone. We also have a local house manager for emergencies.

This cabin backs up to the slopes of Snow Summit, So Cal`s premier winter and summer sports destination. Walk to the lodge to ski/board in the winter, and mountain bike in summer. Hike one of the many gorgeous trails nearby, including Towne Trail (which starts right behind the home).

Property is a 5 minute drive to The Village at Big Bear Lake- a charming dining, shopping, and entertainment district. The Lake is also a 5 minute drive- rent a boat from the marina to explore during summer!

Smoking: absolutely no smoking in the cabin or on the property at all. We will levy a $1,000 fee for smoking inside the unit.

Undisclosed Guests: we do not allow unregistered guests or parties at our property. Violation will result in you and your guests being asked to leave the property immediately and reporting to ABB and potentially the authorities (for a party).

Please note that we need to have each guest sign Big Bear Lake’s Good Neighbor Policy.

Parking: Two reserved vehicle parking spots allowed per reservation. Vehicles can not be over 19’ in length

Pets: we only allows dogs, no other pets, no exceptions. We have a one dog per reservation and there is a $250 fine for any undisclosed dogs.

For Service Dogs (not emotional support), we do not charge the added pet fee but we will need you to communicate the following in advance of your check-in:

1. Does your dog qualify as a service animal with the ADA?
2. Do you require the service animal because of a disability?
3. What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform?
