Curl up in the living room near the wood burning fireplace with surround sound and 75` Smart TV or hang in the loft/game room with a foosball table, arcade console with over 65 games and Smart TV with reclining leather chairs. Amazing deck with views of the lake and hot tub. Dock is perfect for fishing and boat use! Lake is currently full and amazing!

We have high chairs and pack n plays available at our office for rent for a fee of $25 per day for each or as a packaged deal, please notify us in advance if you would like to rent these during your stay.



To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out.



If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag.



Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our `things to know` and `house rules` sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.
