Welcome to Castle Glen. A highly desirable area with mature trees and newer custom homes. Close to everything Big Bear has to offer. Classic mountain design with gaming garage, plenty of space for family or friends. All on a single level floorplan!

The Home- 1,984 square feet classic cabin vibes with open style living spaces. Most areas of this home are carpeted. Three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Wonderful gaming garage something for everybody! Large deck with spa and propane firepit and grill. The home is a single story (2 steps to enter the home). Located in a cul-de-sac street.

Animals of any sort are not allowed at this property. This is due to the owners being allergic to even the most hypo-allergenic of animals. There are no exceptions. For service animals please reach out so we can find the right home for you.

Bedroom 1(Primary)-Large room with log style king bed, large smart tv, nightstands, sitting bench, dresser, access to private bathroom and deck. Futon couch for extra sleeping spaces.

Bedroom 2- Classic mountain log queen bed, matching nightstands, dresser, smart /tv, and mirrored closet. smart TV.

Bedroom 3- Beautiful log dual bunk beds (twin/twin & twin/full) and mirrored large closet with box fan.

We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton rounds, q tips, and floss picks. We do provide 1 hand towel and 2 wash cloths per bathroom. 10 bath & 10 spa towels are provided. (Not for lake use, please bring extra for lake.) A minimum of 2 rolls of toilet paper are provided per bathroom. More may be left depending on number of guests and duration of stay. If you use large amounts of toilet paper, please bring extra.

Bathroom 1(Primary)- Shower/tub combo with separate dual vanity area. Make up level counter area.

Bathroom 2- Located just off the living area. Shower/tub combo with single vanity.

Kitchen- Open floorplan with visibility into dining and living area. Counter top sitting for 4. Full-sized fridge, gas stove, and dishwasher to help you create wonderful meals. If you prefer take-out no worries! Fully stocked with all utensils, dishware, cookware, and bakeware. A starter pack of paper towels, and trash bags are provided. Along with dish soap, coffee grounds, and sugar.

Pantry Storage- Plenty of space for your pantry items. Highchair and patio cushions are kept in here.

Coffee set up- 12 cup drip and Keurig.

Dining- Located in view of kitchen, seating for 6 at dining table (4 chairs and a bench). Sliding glass door to back patio.

Living room- Sofa, two large armchairs, coffee table, side table, and barrel multi game arcade unit. Large smart tv to log into your favorite streaming apps. Wood burning fireplace.

Fireplace- Wood burning fireplace. We do not provide wood. It can be purchased and delivered to the home (24-hour notice is recommended). Or you can purchase it at many places in town. If there is wood left behind, feel free to use it!

Laundry area- Full sized HE washer and dryer located in mudroom area. Access to the gaming garage.

Heated Gaming Garage-Full sized pool table, foosball, air hockey, boss toss (bean bag toss), and electronic dart console. Large 60” smart tv, bar stools, and two couches for lounging between gaming.

Back Deck- Spa, patio furniture (cushions in kitchen pantry) propane grill, and fire table We replace propane tanks once a week. If it runs out during your stay please swap the tank. We reimburse for tank swaps with picture of itemized receipt. Access from dining area and primary bedroom.

Front Deck- Log love seat to sit and enjoy in the covered patio. Wraps around to back deck.

Parking- Driveway concrete parking for max 3 vehicles. You may need AWD of 4x4 in winter months.

Heating- Central heating & wood burning fireplace.

There are 2 areas of the property you will not have access to. Primary closet and few cabinets the laundry room. Don’t worry, you aren’t missing much.

Public transportation (Mountain Transit) is .4 from the home. However a vehicle is recommended.

Reminder- This is the mountains. We do our best to control what we can. We spray and leave bait for pests, do our best to prevent rodents, and remove weeds throughout the year. Most of our homes do have sap producing trees.

City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy must be always respected. Please review the city rules. (This is required to be listed verbatim. Some may not be applicable to this home.)

Do not exceed the occupancy limit (8 adults 2 children)
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated
parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The
maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior
sign. (3 vehicles)

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the
property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music
carrying beyond the property line.

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from
10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take your furry friend with you.
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb
surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake
is very dog-friendly! (This home is not pet/animal friendly)

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear
locations:
4190 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.
Consequences

Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to
extend common courtesy and neighborly
behavior toward the guests and residents
around them. For those guests who have come
to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility
of the neighborhoods, there are costly and
severe consequences.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated
previously is $500 per violation. A second
offense is $1000 per violation.

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules
and expectations will be evicted without a
refund. In addition, costly citations may be
issued to the reservation holder.
Occupancy (10 including children & infants, 8 adult maximum) and car limit (3) are set by the city. They will enforce these. If found to have more than we are licensed for, you may be evicted with no refund. Please adhere to these limitations.

4x4, AWD, and or chains required to be carried in vehicle in winter months (Oct-Apr)
No animals of any sort. No exceptions
No bath towels to the lake
No Smoking of any sort in the home
No Parties
No Street Parking
Quiet Hours after 10p
Bright exterior lights off after 10p
No outdoor music that can be heard at property line

Upon Check Out

Wash dishes (load washer and START)
Pick up yard of trash, cigarette butts, lids ect
Leave used beds unmade
All used towels can be piled in bathroom (all linens are cleaned off site)
Close any open windows & doors.
Turn off lights
Lock up
Do not turn off heater in winter months
All trash must fit in the bins, no exception. Drop off required if the lid does not close.

Keypad code-City of Big Bear Lake requires their Good Neighbor Policy to be signed prior to gaining access to the home. The person booking the home MUST sign, no exceptions. Declining to sign will result in no access to the home, & cancellation of reservation with no refund. GNP can be found in our listing along with the break down of our agreement. Agreement is sent in a link for virtual signature in welcome message.

Code will be sent day of check in. Once the home is ready or at 4pm, whichever is first.

Animals- This home does not allow any type of animal. This includes service animals and emotional support animals. The owners are extremely allergic and cannot have even hypoallergenic animals. Please do not ask as there are no exceptions to this rule.
