After the remodel, the home feels like a brand new cabin! The place is ideal for households of up to 8 guests. We have a maximum parking of two vehicles that can park safely in the gated driveway. It comes with many fun amenities: private hot tub in the backyard, fully equipped kitchen, Flat Screen TV, DVD player, surround sound speaker, WiFi, , and an amazing game room! The game room has a pool table, Foosball table, air hockey table, dry bar, and even dart board. The outdoor heaters are not available for guest use.

The kitchen has all essential cooking utensils. All linens and towels are provided. The bedroom downstairs has a bunk bed with two twins, and another bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on the top. The first bedroom upstairs has a king bed. The second bedroom upstairs has a bunk bed with two full beds. The cabin is conveniently located just minutes from the National Forest, shops, restaurants, and all of Big Bear's main attractions.

Q: How do we check-in?
A: Detailed instructions on how to check-in are sent in the confirmation email. You are required to follow the check-in instructions provided. The confirmation email has the address of the rental, check-in instructions and any other information pertaining to check-in. Please let us know if youā€™ll be arriving afterhours.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am. During the Christmas and New Year holiday period (Dec 18-Jan3), check-in is at 4pm due to high demand.

Q: Can I bring more than 8 guests?
A: No. The maximum occupancy allowed for this home is 8 guests. The limits are strictly enforced and may not be exceeded at any time during your stay.

Q: Can I bring more than 2 cars?
A: No. The maximum number of vehicles allowed is 2. The limits are strictly enforced and may not be exceeded at any time during your stay.

Q: Are linens and towels provided?
A:Yes. Linens and towels are provided. There are enough towels for 8 guests.

Q: Does the home have Air Conditioning?
A: No. The home does not have Air Conditioning.

Q: Is there a hot tub?
A: Yes. The hot tub is in the backyard. Use of the hot tub is forbidden between the hours of 10pm and 7am. See our Rental Agreement for more details regarding hot tubs.

Q: Do I need chains? Will there be snow during my stay?
A: Always carry chains in your vehicle if your trip falls between November and April. Our guests can check weather and road conditions in real time by clicking on the links in their confirmation email. We canā€™t accurately predict when there will be snow.

Q: Is the firewood provided?
A: The fireplace is available for guest use. Firewood is NOT provided.

Q: Do you provide propane for the BBQ?
A: Yes.

Q: Do I need to take my trash at the end of the stay?
A: Yes. In accordance to City Ordinance all guests must take the trash to a disposal site at the end of the stay. Trash bags and directions to the disposal site are available at the cabin.

You can tell the owners take great pride. This place was the perfect stay. Modern enough for my husband, but ā€˜kitschyā€™ enough for me. The game room was awesome. Didnā€™t use the hot tub because we got two feet of snow the day before, but next time we will! I was a bit confused by the photos, but the room downstairs has two large bunk beds, and a room upstairs next to the primary with one large bunk as well. The space from the bottom mattress to the bottom of the top bunk is narrow so I suggest a kiddo sleeps there. I LOVED the window in the front because I was able to enjoy the snowy view with the fireplace.

We were pleased with everything in the house. They have everything you need for a stay, including tv's in all the rooms with lots of channels, clean towels and bedding, with extra blankets, the kitchen has all the stuff for cooking and baking, and the game room was loaded with different games with a tv as well. Was a freat getaway for the price.

It was the perfect home for my family to completely isolate and disconnect. The game room was the busiest room and it encouraged much competitive laughter. A weekend well spent in a home that provided all that we needed. The full size kitchen allowed for delicious homemade meals. The living room allowed for group movie nights. Overall, best place Iā€™ve rented 10 out of 10!

Nice property. The mattresses were extremely hard me and my guests had a horrible time sleeping. We were unable to light the fire pit. Overall nice property and I would stay there again of course with new mattresses. I had to use three comforters under my side of the bed to pad my back horrible experience.

My family of four came up from Carlsbad to snowboard. The house very comfortably fit the four of us with room to spare. The neighborhood is very quiet, and it was a ten minute drive to Snow Summit. The game room is phenomenal. The hot tub divine. They had plenty of towels available and basic toiletries. Good WiFi and TV options. Would absolutely stay again!

This cabin has everything! Games for the whole family. Jacuzzi is so relaxing. TV for lounging. BBQ. Fire pit. Cozy couches. Heater is nice and warm. We got to watch it snow this time around. Beautiful winter wonderland!

This was our first time taking 5 children ages 14 to 6 and 3 adults and traveling for a holiday. This was a great place to soend 4 nights and the kids loved the game room. It entertained the kids and gave time for the adults to relax by the fireplace. Close by all the areas that we were looking to go to and we will look at coming back to this cabin again in the future. No one wanted to leave. Thank you for such great accommodations.

Celebrated a family birthday and everyone was thrilled at cabin's good vibes at arrival. Everyone explored the grounds then spent the remainder of the day in game room. The home is equipped with everything one needs, the kitchen is easy to find the dish or gadget needed to cook your dinner. Location is near stores for anything you may have forgotten to bring. We will definitely be returning to continue making great memories year after year.

The cabin was very cozy. Game room was great! Spent a lot of our time there. Location convenient to the Village. Jacuzzi was a comfortable way to relax. Cleanliness of the property was great! We wanted to use the bbq but propane was too low. It was our last night. Next time we will check that first so we have time to get another. Management was quick to respond, and let us get a late checkout. Overall great experience! Thank you

My family and I stayed at this place for 3 days and we loved it! The game room is so much fun and the jacuzzi is also a very nice addition. The owners of this place are very honest. I forgot one of my bags w my jackets and car keys in it and I had it at my place around a week later. Would recommend!
