With level parking and effortless access to Big Bear Lake, Snow Summit, Bear Mountain, and all the area`s attractions, Clouds Edge Retreat is where luxury meets the summit.

Culinary Delights: Our fully equipped kitchen is a chef`s dream, featuring everything you need for memorable meals. Enjoy the convenience of a Nespresso and drip coffee maker, complete with complimentary cream, sugar, coffee, and a grinder for fresh brews. HexClad pots/pans, all high-end stemware for your favorite libation, Nugget ice machine for your enjoyment.

Living Room Sanctuary: Unwind in the inviting living room, where panoramic views meet the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace. Stream your favorite shows on the 65` Smart TV and keep beverages chilled in the convenient beverage fridge. Sofa pulls out for an additional sleeping option.

Restful Slumber: Each bedroom is designed for ultimate comfort, featuring high-end mattresses and pillows.

Master Suite Retreat: Indulge in the master bedroom`s king-size Tempur-Pedic bed, blackout curtains, and spacious closet.

Queen Comfort: The second bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, blackout curtains, and convenient nightstands with ample charging options.

Cub`s Corner: The third bedroom is perfect for kids, offering a full-over-full bunk bed, a convertible chair/twin bed, a sound machine, and a charging-equipped nightstand.

Entertainment Den: Gather in the cozy den, featuring a sectional sofa, a Pac-Man multi-game arcade with two seats, a digital game board, board games, and a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.

Outdoor Oasis: Enjoy the private hot tub located below the master bedroom, secured with fencing. The expansive backyard is perfect for snow play, sledding, and exploration. The large deck offers ample space for entertaining and soaking in the breathtaking views, while warming up by the large gas operated firepit.

No smoking, vaping or drugs inside or outside of our cabins at any time. Any evidence of violation is grounds for immediate eviction from the cabin and a $3500 plus damages found at the home.

Kid amenities worth noting: We`ve thought of everything for your little ones! Enjoy a stress-free stay with our kid-friendly amenities, including two Pack `n Plays, a highchair, booster seat, a selection of games and books, a sound machine, night lights, and a baby gate at the top of the stairs for added safety. Snow sleds and tubes as well!

Entertainment options at the home: Keep the whole family entertained with our diverse selection of on-site entertainment. Enjoy classic board games, a digital game board for modern fun, a retro arcade for nostalgic gaming, and a collection of books for quiet moments.

Please remember these rules are mandated and imposed solely by the CITY and our PERMIT/ORDINANCE which requires property management companies to notify all guests that the CITY requires you to sign a rental agreement and the Good Neighbor Brochure to obtain the code to the property as well as provide a copy in the rental agreement app a copy of Governmental ID that matches the name on the reservation. Please notate these and all rules regarding spa hours, trash removal, noise and dishes being washed are due to our permit and not our rules so please keep this in mind before booking as some guests rate us based on rules we must abide by to rent. We appreciate that they are unique rules please do not review us based on the reviews we need to follow, we appreciate it. The code cannot be sent until this agreement is filled out.

(1) Maximum vehicles and guest occupancy permitted is described in the listing. Any violation is subject to eviction and/or cancellation of your stay. If you need additional parking, please contact us directly.

(2) Big Bear Lake does not allow street parking; they will tow any vehicles parked on the street and any towing fees or fines issued are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

(3) Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up as we are required to attend such code call within 30 minus, plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation. This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation.

(4) Dishes - All dishes must be cleaned before leaving and the house must be left in the same condition that you found it in. Any dirty dishes left in the kitchen are subject to a $45 fee- our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law this includes leaving dishes with food on them or left in the home. It also attracts vermin. Please note this is part of our permit and not included in cleaning the home after guests leave.

(5) Trash - Any bags or trash left behind in the bathroom, kitchen (including leaving behind items in the fridge, or around the house is subject to a $25 per bag for removal. Please make sure all trash is bagged and tightly secured inside the bins and the lids are shut tight. Any trash left inside the home will be subject to a fee.

(6) Barbecue- Propane is offered on the honor system on any firepit or BBQ. Please do not leave the firepit or BBQ on unattended. Please clean the BBQ after use. If by chance the propane runs out, please let us know and we will send someone to replace it. Please make sure all propane is turned off after use. Big Bear does not allow the use of charcoal of lighter fluid. Please be advised if you run out of propane and it is after hours we cannot promise after hours refills late at night as the stores may not be open.

(7) Pet- The home is strictly not pet friendly as the owners have severe allergies. Any violation is subject to eviction and a $3500 fine plus damages to the home will be charged.

(8) Hot Tub – No hot tub use after 10pm per the law any time a spa is left open and the cover off more than 30 mins a fine of $250 per hour will be due plus damages to the spa as this can result in pipes freezing - if a user error or maintenance is found or if we have to dump and fill water prior to your stay due to cleanliness requirements - we cannot be held liable nor grant refunds for a spa not being at the temperature desired or if left uncovered - if we have to dump the water it can take 24 hours for it to warm up. This is out of our control as sometimes the water has to be dumped and can take 24 hours to warm up. This will not be grounds for a refund.

(9) Parties or noise ordinance calls – any parties, events, unauthorized guests or noise complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction.

(10) No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages plus immediate eviction and subject to code call fines.

(11) No smoking, vaping or drugs inside or outside of our cabins at any time. Any evidence of violation is grounds for immediate eviction from the cabin and a $3500 plus damages found at the home.

(12) Please refrain from bringing your own BBQs, Firepits and or outside cooking devices are banned by the CITY due to the fire safety hazards. This is subject to eviction due to this is how fires start.

(13) Due to the mountain location, Big Bear and the surrounding areas are known to have occasional power and internet outages due to circumstances beyond our control. Power outages are usually brief, lasting a few hours or less and the city always tries to work quickly to get it back up and running. There are no refunds at anytime for power or internet outages due to normal mountain conditions, as these are beyond our control.

(14) The Mountain community area does not have air conditioning, and the availability of fans may vary depending on the property description. High temperatures or heat will not be grounds for a refund, as many cabins do not include air conditioning unless specifically stated.

Please keep in mind you must be 25 years old to book.
