"The lodge was in the mountains about a mile from Ben Lomond. They had several options for eating and drinking, just not in the same location. Restaurant staff were very friendly & helpful. We had a coffee machine but no cups- it was easier & tastier to just buy their coffee. The WiFi information was non existent, even though they gave a log in code we never got connection. That’s not always a bad thing but good to share with others."

"The good - Bed was comfortable and location in town is good, grounds are pretty. The bad - Carpet in our room was old and dirty, we didn’t feel comfortable walking on it barefoot. Decor is dated. Low end bathroom feels like you are in a cheap motel. Continental breakfast and coffee are not good, no effort to provide anything nice, can’t get a decent coffee. Overall this place is too pricey for what you get, It is located in a very nice neighborhood, and the website and pricing suggest it...

The management team are never available and they refuse to negotiate my request after I found a dirty and smelly room, they charge me 6 nights and I stayed there for 0 nights because I was not comfortable with what I found! They did not try to talk, or help me so I cannot recommend it! "
