"This place is a gem! The pods are not huge but very cozy - more than what we needed. Finding the place was easy and staff was super nice. Parking is right next to your pod. You will need to bring your beddings or you can rent there for a fee. The little hiking trail right next to it and the wifi/common area was a nice plus, and the spa too! The restaurant offers an amazing view and their breakfast is very decent. A small problem we had was that the washrooms did run out of toilet papers...

"The cabin lives up to its name as it is very cozy and the views are spectacular. We had northern light shows both nights we stayed there and loved the sauna to warm up after a cold day on the glacier not too far from the cabin. The owner communicated very well and check in and out was very easy. We loved that the cabin is off the beaten path but also a 20 minute drive to restaurants and shops in Borgarnes. We would definitely stay here when we visit Iceland again. "

"This was the most amazing place to stay for a family. Not too far from town but at the same time feeling very remote. House was surrounded with trees and birds. The kids fell in love with the loft. I would say no negatives about this property, but one challenge was the locks which they describe in detail up front. I was afraid of locking us out of the house so I just kept the key in the lockbox. "

"We had a total of 12 people in our group and this property setup was perfect. People ages 8 months to 65 years. Location was great for exploring Snaefellness but not too far away from Reykjavik to discourage golden circle activities. Road is pretty easy to find, don’t need 4x4 but take it slow. Need cell phone access for getting to the property. We got to see northern lights while there so that was nice. Absolutely recommend staying here"
