This detached holiday home is located on the edge of the forest within a small holiday home complex on the Bitburg reservoir in Biersdorf am See. The bungalow was renovated in 2022 and you reach the house via a staircase with 29 relatively shallow steps.

With a living space of approx. 78 m², this accommodation offers enough space for a maximum of four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a convection oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a Senseo and a coffee machine, leaving nothing to be desired. From the kitchen you can reach the dining area for four people with a direct view of the lake. The living area, which is open from the dining area and leads out to the 24 m² partially covered terrace, can be reached via a five-step staircase. The living room has two sofas, an armchair, a 55-inch Smart TV and a brick fireplace, which provides cosiness and comfort, especially in the cold season. Two bedrooms, one with two adjoining single beds (0.90 metres wide) and an additional 40-inch flatscreen TV, and one with two separate single beds (0.90 metres wide) allow four travellers to enjoy a restful night's sleep. The bathroom features a bathtub, WC, washbasin, make-up mirror and hairdryer. The bedrooms and bathroom are separated from the living/dining area by an intermediate door. A travel cot can be provided free of charge on request. The house has night storage heating in all rooms (except the kitchen), which you can control via the room thermostats. On the partially covered terrace facing south-west, you can enjoy balmy summer evenings with a fantastic view of the lake below. Two loungers and a garden set invite you to sunbathe and linger. A charcoal barbecue is also available here. You can buy wood for the fireplace from us or bring your own. Parking spaces are available free of charge within the holiday home complex. Pets are also very welcome.

The Bitburg reservoir in Biersdorf am See is the tourist centre in the southern Eifel. It is a popular destination for both locals and holiday guests in the Bitburger Land holiday region. A wide range of leisure activities, whether active or relaxing, form a good basis for your holiday. The following leisure activities are available directly on the lake: pedal boat hire, hiking on signposted paths, lake promenade, cycling or playgrounds for the little ones. Water sports on the lake are not possible. On the lakeside terrace or in the pavilion at "Ferdis Bootshaus" you can enjoy a snack or a drink while savouring the fresh Eifel air. Golfers can indulge in their hobby at the nearby Bitburger Land golf resort in the Wißmannsdorf district (approx. five kilometres). A wide range of entertainment and sights (wildlife parks, museums, water nature trail, dinosaur park, Devil's Gorge and much more) are within easy reach. Trier, probably the oldest city in Germany, and neighbouring Luxembourg are also within easy reach and well worth a visit. Brochures are available in the holiday home.
