"Cabin on the water was lovely & the balcony a great feature although needed an umbrella & seat cushions. Unfortunately the bar & terrace area was taken over by a golf presentation so a little disappointing as very limited free seating & early closing for bar & food provision. Huge stain on the bedroom carpet, bathroom door hard to close & a very noisy toilet seat! Plenty of parking & a quiet night’s sleep. It was close to our planned event but wouldn’t stay again."

"The cottage was exceptionably clean and looked exactly as advertised.
The views are fabulous as is the wildlife and surrounding area.
The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Loved the patio doors in the living area and having so many opening windows throughout.
Great powerful shower too.
The hosts, live on the working farm and are all lovely and friendly.
It was lovely waking up to the sound of the dawn virus and the steep bleating.
Would definitely recommend this...

"Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Moderne helle Küche. Kleiner Garten mit Terrasse und Grill. Wohnzimmer mit 3 Sofas unten. Wir konnten sogar unsere 5 Freunde empfangen. 3 schöne Schlafzimmer oben und ein Bad mit Dusche. Für Hunde wurde auch Futter bereitgestellt. Wir wurden mit frischer Milch und Müsli empfangen. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt an der Haustür vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hätte uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Sehr gerne buchen wir das Cottage wieder."

"This was a fantastic place to stay: clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location just around the corner from Shakespeare’s Birthplace. Although it is in the pedestrian-friendly walking district, parking was still easy and convenient. And the location is great for exploring town. The host provided excellent directions for getting in, which made arrival simple and stress-free. The space had a very nice layout and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. "Very pleasant stay. Lovely property and staff. Bit of confusion over checkin code but caused purely by generic emails from host. Code given at reception so all very simple.
Only slight negative was the mattress. Could feel springs in places.
Overall a lovely stay at a good price."
