A country-style kitchen with a double oven is perfect for preparing meals for a crowd, before gathering in the atmospheric dining room for memorable mealtimes, wood burner lit on chilly days. Upstairs, five bedrooms invite a restful slumber, all beautifully appointed in a country style. There’s a king-size with en-suite, two super-king-size rooms, one of which can be made up as a twin upon request, then a further twin and a single room. A family bathroom, ground-floor wet room and utility room offer comfort and convenience. Outside, revel in the delightful country views from the grassy garden or slip into the hot tub to bubble beneath the stars. A games barn offers table tennis along with toys for smaller children, and there’s private parking for five cars.
Littleham has a variety of trails and tracks to explore on foot or by bike. Venture to Bideford (3 miles) to browse boutiques, wander along the riverside and explore galleries and museums. For a traditional day at the seaside, head to Westward Ho! to swim in the sea pool, surf the waves, potter in rock pools and stroll along the sandy shore.
