The accommodation is set over three floors. The main entrance is on the ground floor, from here you access the entrance hall with doors to a shower room with shower and WC. A further door from the hallway leads to the luxurious cinema room fully kitted out with a 75” Smart TV with bespoke cinema style seating and Play Station 4, Netflix, Sky Q and Sonos Dolby Atmos surround sound system, giving a real cinematic experience in the luxury of your home. At the end of the hallway are two bedrooms, both king size rooms, one having access to the courtyard. Finishing off this floor is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Moving on to the lounge area, you will find it is stylishly appointed with large Smart TV with Sky Q and Netflix, comfy seating and sliding balcony doors lets the light flood in and offers enviable views of the sea and North Devon coastline and underfloor heating makes it warm and toasty underfoot. This whole area has underfloor heating and offers the perfect environment to host, eat, drink and relax after busy day enjoying local attractions.

Stepping outside to the rear of the property is a private courtyard with space to store surfboards, cycle rack for four bikes and drying rack for wetsuits along with seating. To the front of there is off street parking for two cars with a EV charging point. You can enjoy a hot shower outside and pets can also rinse off sandy paws.
