For golfing enthusiasts the property directly overlooks the par 3 short course, with the wider view of the full course and the beach. Also nearby are many famous beaches including Croyde, Woolacombe and Saunton Sands, and the fishing village of Appledore.

On entering this stunning reverse level accommodation, head to the first floor where you will find a bright and elegant open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The welcoming lounge is ideal for relaxing in, with a traditional woodburner, Smart TV, DVD and superb views from the large balcony. The light and attractive dining area is ideal whether you’re enjoying a snack or sitting down to a special meal.
