Just over a mile away is the market town of Bideford with a choice of shops, pubs and restaurants. Cyclists and walkers can enjoy the famous Tarka Trail, or you could head to Westward Ho! and enjoy its two-mile stretch of golden sandy beach, which is only a 15-minute drive away. Other glorious beaches nearby include Croyde, Woolacombe and Instow. Towns and villages including Clovelly, Ilfracombe and Barnstaple are all nearby. The area offers many other attractions including The Big Sheep, Tapeley Park, The Milky Way Adventure Park and the beautiful Lundy Island.

On entering this elegant single-level property you will find yourself in the cosy and welcoming lounge/dining area. The lounge is an ideal space for relaxation, complete with feature fireplace and SMART TV. The attractive dining area is perfect whether you’re sitting down to a special meal or grabbing a snack. You will have sole use of the private heated indoor swimming pool (heated to 86°F). The small gym area offers a treadmill and exercise bike. There is also a separate shower and WC in this area. Exploring further, you will find a stylish yet traditional kitchen, equipped with everything you may need including electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the nearby utility room. There are three comfy bedrooms all with lovely countryside views: two king-size, each with TVD/DVD, and one twin. There is also a bathroom with shower over the bath, and a separate WC.

Stepping outside, you can relax at the end of a great day in the large enclosed garden which offers stunning views, and a patio area with garden furniture and BBQ.
