"Lovely big and clean room. Mini fridge had cold water and some milk to use with the Nespresso machine. Bathroom was clean and the shower was great. The welcome and ambience were excellent. The food was superb. The view was outstanding. I wholly recommend staying and dining here."

"Absolutely super guest house. It felt very homely with our room being spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was also super and hosts very friendly. We will definitely visit again."

"Quiet and clean, with a simple Check-In and Check-Out process.
Plenty of parking even for large vehicles, and spacious rooms.
Great shower and heating kept us warm during a rainy week.
Easy route to get to Woolacombe beach."

"Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely Manor House. Jakes and Jane were extremely welcoming and friendly. Our room was very comfortable. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided in room daily were very welcomed after a day walking on the Moors. An amazing breakfast every morning which was delicious. Lovely and peaceful location with easy access to Dartmoor and Cornwall. Would definitely stay here again."

"Lyn was friendly on arrival and throughout. Always happy to have a chat and get to know you. Room was more than expected on arrival with separate room for the children and space. Breakfast with the selection and quality was great. "

"Hotel very quirky and quaint. It was like Stepping back in time, intentionally that way. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay there again. Owner and his wife couldn't have been any nicer and always ready to help and very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas."
