Cocoonr invites you to discover Villa Moréa, nestled in lush green surroundings, just a few minutes from the beaches and local shops. This elegant and light-filled 170 m² villa can accommodate up to 8 people, offering a cosy living space, a modern kitchen and a magnificent outdoor area with a peaceful natural swimming pool. Perfect for a holiday with friends or family, combining relaxation and the great outdoors.

The ground floor of the villa is air-conditioned, whilst the bedrooms upstairs are fitted with fans.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A large living area with an open-plan kitchen leading into the lounge/dining room, featuring sofas and a large dining table seating 8 people.
- A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge, including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x190), storage space, a separate toilet and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and washbasin.
- A second separate toilet

Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) with a desk and storage space
- A bedroom with a single bed (90 x 190) with storage space
- A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) with a desk and storage space
- A shower room with a shower and washbasin
- A separate toilet

In the other wing of the house, you will find a self-contained suite, accessible via a separate entrance:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200), a bathroom with a bath, washbasin and toilet, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outdoors:
- A large terrace facing the natural swimming pool, with a lovely grove of trees so you can enjoy the long, sunny summer days.
Swimming pool open all year round (7 x 4 m).
- A dining table and outdoor furniture so you can make the most of those lovely summer days.


Neighbourhood
The villa is situated 1 km from Pavillon Royal beach, accessible on foot or by bike, 3 km from the Côte des Basques in Biarritz and 200 m from the supermarket.
Enjoy unique experiences thanks to our various local partners: savour delicious Basque dishes carefully prepared by a private chef, treat yourself to an afternoon at the spa and leave your children in the care of a babysitter, hire electric bikes and explore the countryside, or ride the coast’s finest waves with personalised surfing lessons.

Transport:
If you choose to travel by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.
