"Wonderful modern hotel in the heart of Liverpool. Awesome staff, big room with nice design. I lived my stay there and would return anytime. Anyway two topics for improvement: The mirror in the bathroom needs a light, I could not shave myself properly and the desk needs a lamp as well. I was unhappy that the window could not be fully opened due safety regulations. As the week was very hot outside the room could not be vented with fresh air. But the hotel provided an electric vent. "Room wasn't cleaned when I opened the door. Cleaning staff on the 4th floor were fantastic. Had the room turned around in 30 mins while I went out for a walk. Afternoon House Keeping Supervisor / staff was efficient and so pleasant. "
"The venue is amazing and located in a beautiful area. The reception area and lobby are really nice areas and the bar and restaurant are lovely too. The food in the restaurant was fantastic a d the staff were brilliant everywhere. The spa facilities, pool, sauna, steam room and indoor and outdoor jacuzzis were fantastic. The room was incredible and really cool and refreshing on the hottest day of the year, it was awesome.

"We had a fantastic stay at the Titanic. Check-in was extremely good - very welcoming and helpful. The room was superb - spacious, clean and very comfy. Breakfast was fabulous - great choice and extremely efficient and friendly staff at hand. Will definitely stay again! "

"Stared well but on the hottest day of the year the ac in the room was broken and the ceiling was stained i tried to use the pool to relax but there was an aqua aerobics class 😣 spoke to Mary on reception who was very kind and as they couldn’t fix the ac and my disappointment re the poo they moved me to a better room excellent customer service

"Excellent hotel near to picadilly station; there is a free bus that takes you downtown near the hotel; breakfast is excellent. It is near pucadilly gardens, where there are many restaurants. Great stay!"
"The hotel is quite old, and the room had an unpleasant smell. It was warm inside, and although there was a fan, it wasn’t sufficient to cool the space. The door didn’t feel very secure, and there were some suspicious people around. Unfortunately, the staff were not particularly friendly either. I wouldn’t stay here again and do not recommend it."
