"We loved staying here. The staff was great, the rooms are spacious and clean and it is right in front of the park, so we could go for a run in the morning, as well as admiring the view from our window. It's very well connected with buses and metro lines - the shinkansen also stops at Ueno so it's a good location. Plenty of food options around and uber eats delivery. We will definitely come back again."

"After 3 weeks in Japan, it was really nice to get an oat milk latte and a delicious western style breakfast downstairs. Also really liked the view of the sky view tower from the 15th floor terrace which is free for guests to use. Staying here is 1 stop or a $7 cab ride from the nippori station which is what you use to take the Narita Express train to the airport. "

"We love this MIMARU and its employees. From the very moment you check-in the staff makes you feel welcome. Their restaurant board and games makes it fun to get to know the neighborhood. Seira, Amu and Dong are so friendly and always willing to help or give travel advice. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, like a display in the elevator introducing each staff member and a Tokyo Bingo game with prizes. "Stayed there with my wife and two kids, and it was great. The room is small, but everything was very new and clean. Beds were comfortable, all appliances worked fine, and staff was always there to help with everything we needed (shoutout to Erin who helped us settle in after a 28-hour trip). Would 100% stay again"

We accidentally went to the wrong location and the welcoming team at the hotel kindly directed us the the right hotel and called the right hotel in advance to let them know we had arrived and was due there shortly. "We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Richmond Premier Asakusa! The location is unbeatable — just steps away from the iconic Senso-ji Temple and surrounded by shops and local attractions. There's a Uniqlo conveniently located on the first two floors of the building, and several restaurant options on the upper levels, including a delicious conveyor belt sushi restaurant, Sushiro, on the third floor.
Right across the street, there's a 24-hour Don Quijote, which was perfect for last-minute souvenir shopping.
We stayed as a couple with our two children (an 8-year-old and a 10-month-old), and everything went smoothly. The hotel was clean, well-equipped, and the staff were always kind and helpful.
The only thing to keep in mind is that Asakusa is a bit farther from areas like Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Ginza, so travel times on the subway can be longer. Still, we would definitely stay here again — the experience was excellent and the value for money is hard to beat!"
