The 3-storey holiday home is located in the quiet holiday resort of Bibinje, only approx. 8 km southeast of Zadar. Located directly by the sea, it offers a beautiful view of the old town center. It is only 200 m to the center with a small boat harbor. Here you will find several restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, etc. The nearest bathing beach is just 50 m. You can also swim right in front of the house. The seabed here is sandy and is therefore also suitable for children.

The apartment described here is on the 2nd floor (attic) and can accommodate 4-5 people. It has 2 bedrooms and a great view of the sea and the harbor. The apartment has satellite TV, Wi-Fi and its own balcony or terrace.

The house also has a large fruit and vegetable garden as well as an outdoor grill with seating. The private parking space for 6 cars is located in the front area of the property bordering the sea. The owners also live in the house and can communicate in English and Spanish. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed out of consideration for other guests.

The 3 large national parks in the area are ideal excursion destinations: the Kornati island archipelago, the Velebit NP where a large part of the Winnetou films were filmed and the breathtaking Krka waterfalls near Sibenik. In addition, the northern Dalmatian cities of Zadar and Sibenik have very beautiful historic town centers and the offshore islands are ideal for day trips.
