LA BOUTIQUE DEL CARDINALE

In the green heart of the Casentino Valley. The Boutique del Cardinale is located less than one kilometer from the small town of Bibbiena, reachable, for a dinner out or shopping, even on foot with a short walk in the countryside. Close to the main attractions of the valley, such as the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Sasso, the Sanctuary of Verna dear to St. Francis of Assisi, the Castle of Poppi of Conti Guidi and the beautiful Parish Church of Romena, the villa is about 30 km away from Arezzo and 60 from Florence.

Around the villa a large and well-kept park equipped with table tennis, fresh gazebo and several corners furnished and designed to spend relaxing summer evenings with friends. At guests' disposal a panoramic swimming pool of the size of m. 7x14 (depth m. 1,20-1,60 - open from 01st May to 30th September) and equipped solarium, which enjoy the view of the village of Bibbiena, perched on top of the hill. Furnishings and equipment of the villa. The Boutique del Cardinale has been furnished with taste and exclusive care and attention to details. All furnishings are reminiscent of what, according to documents of the time, seems to be the birthplace of one of the most important figures born in the Casentino Valley: Cardinal Dovizi of the Medici family, also known as the "Bibbiena". The villa has high level facilities, such as air conditioning and will be a great place for an unforgettable holiday. The owners, convenient but discreet point of reference, live in a completely separate part of the villa, and will always be available and happy to spoil their guests with fresh produce from the vegetable garden or a bottle of good wine.
GROUND FLOOR: entrance from a large pergola furnished with armchairs, tables and garden furniture on a living-dining room with kitchen corner, sitting room with sofas, satellite TV and ancient fireplace.
FIRST FLOOR: reached through an internal staircase from the living room, two master double bedrooms with loft, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
