This charming 26 m² studio is located on the 2nd floor (with lift) and is composed of:
- a very nice and sunny balcony,
- a nice living space with comfortable sofa bed,
- a well-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, hotplates)
- a bathroom with shower,
- hoover, ironing facilities, washing machine, hairdryer,
- baby bed and high chair (on demand),
- Wi-Fi.
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

## Neighborhood

This charming accommodation is perfectly located to enjoy Biarritz without ever taking transport. From the Beaurivage neighborhood, it will take you only a few minutes to reach the beach of the Côte des Basques, famous for surfing. Located only a few minutes away from the city centre, you can enjoy all the shops and activities of Biarritz. The Mazon Park and the Public Garden will be a perfect green haven to relax.
Some of the places we recommend in the area are: les 100 marches, Chéri Bibi, 3 Salsas, Tantina de Burgos, Pizza Joie, Etxola Bibi for a drink and a game of pétanque, or Surfing for a dinner by the sea.
