THE ATMOSPHERE
Step into THE LOFT and try to keep your jaw from dropping as you admire the vastness and beauty of the space : the parquet flooring, the immensely high ceilings, the rich mix of historic and ultra-modern architectural features...
Don't be shy and take the time to explore every room : the living room with its large fireplace, the see-through glass bridge connecting two of the rooms on the upper floor and allowing light to illuminate the kitchen below.... At first glance you might seem to be getting lost in THE LOFT !

THE APARTMENT
The open plan living room and dining room is truly sensational with both a 10-people sofa and a 10-people dining table. The plasma screen TV is cleverly hidden behind a piece of wall-mounted artwork, which electronically slides up to expose the screen. The red chair has been designed by a famous home designer (unfortunately not stain proof...) with its bowl-like footrest is super comfy, the large-screen TV hidden behind a sliding painting add altogether a contemporary touch to THE LOFT. The kitchen is partitioned off from the main room but the glass walls allow a simple and well-transitioned connection. Perfectly proportioned, with all the mod cons you could possibly ever need for creating a culinary masterpiece.

THE BEDROOMS
This holiday rental has 5 bedrooms in total. The first bedroom, with a double bed, TV and en-suite shower room is located on the ground floor just off the living room and dining room. Adjoining the bedroom is a small office space too.
On the upper mezzanine level you will find the other 4 bedrooms. To access them you'll need to climb up the stairs (children need to be careful). 3 bedrooms (1 x twin and 2 x double) share a separate toilet and large shower room. The master bedroom is a real masterpiece with a large double bed and open plan, en-suite, shower room with a beautiful rainforest style shower.

HOW CONVENIENT
The apartment has an utility room with shower for the beach return, a laundry machine and dryer.
You also have a pass to access the Vinci Parking located 100m away from the apartment.
You also benefit from free WiFi connexion.

WHAT WE LOVE
THE LOFT is ideally located in the heart of BIARRITZ, only a 2-minute walk from the local markets, the trendy shops and the beach. You feel like you are staying in a Williamsburg loft in New-York…Only the sound of the waves reminds you that you are still in BIARRITZ !

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Staying at THE LOFT you are in downtown BIARRITZ already, just a few steps from bars and night clubs. Perfect location to go out and feel the vibrant local atmosphere ! Speaking of good lively atmosphere, this holiday rental apartment is located above a nightclub called The Playboy, so noise and a festive atmosphere should be expected (especially in summer). However the bedrooms are well-isolated and soundproof :)
The beach is not too far either as the THE LOFT is located about 50 meters from La Grande Plage.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS
Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-7PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 7pm, an extra fee will be applied:
From 7 pm to 10 pm - €50
From 10 pm to Midnight - €80
From Midnight to 6 am - €120
From 6am to 8am - 80€
