Two bedrooms with new bedding, featuring built-in closets and a view of the park, are sunny in the morning:
-The first bedroom, with a 140 x 190 bed, has a loggia where you can enjoy breakfast:
-The second bedroom has two twin beds (80x200); placed side by side, they form a single bed.

For babies, please specify if you need a crib and high chair when booking:

The bathroom includes a bathtub, an electric towel warmer, a hair dryer, and a hair straightener.
The toilet is separate.

Rental Terms:
- Deposit: 35% upon booking, confirmed by a contract
- Option to spread payment over several installments
- Balance due: 15 days before the start date of your stay. Otherwise, pay online!
- Security deposit required: upon arrival, a check for €850 (not cashed),
- Tourist tax payable upon arrival
- Cleaning fee: €45 if necessary
- Smoking: we recommend smoking outside or on the balcony
- Pets: Not allowed—I can recommend the best pet boarding facilities.
- Check-in time: 2:00 p.m. - Check-out time: 9:00 a.m.
- Property inspection upon arrival and departure
