This charming 24 m² apartment, ideally located in the heart of Biarritz, is a true haven of peace. Nestled on a quiet street between Port Vieux, Côte des Basques, and Les Halles, everything is just a two-minute walk away. Note: a 10 cm step separates the two main areas.



Sleeping area with a 160 cm sofa bed, storage drawers, and a large built-in wardrobe. Living area with a second 140 cm sofa bed.



Equipped kitchen: coffee machine, kettle, Italian coffee maker, electric hob, mini oven, and refrigerator. Please note: the toaster is temporarily out of order. Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, Espelette pepper, and spices are available.



Bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet. Baby cot and high chair provided free of charge on request.



Wi-Fi included, no TV or private parking. Paid parking is available nearby, some open 24/7. We recommend planning your parking in advance during high season. Bed linen and towels included.
