Spacious and bright, our villa welcomes families and friends all year round for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Set on a height with open views over the plain, it offers calm, privacy, and convivial living spaces.

The house has two fully independent levels with no overlooking. The ground floor, entirely private for your stay, includes the garden, pool, terrace, gate, and parking. The upper floor has a separate entrance, ensuring complete privacy.

🔹 Interior
3 bedrooms + a 160 cm sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 8 guests. The living room is large and bright, the kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker), and the dining area is perfect for gathering. A game/fitness room with mini foosball, darts, and fitness equipment provides entertainment in any season.

Reversible air conditioning (cool in summer, warm in winter) plus heating. Bed linen and towels provided.

Private pool, sunny terrace, and small garden with no overlooking — perfect for relaxing or admiring sunsets. Private parking on the property (2–3 vehicles).

Only 15 min from Nîmes (Arenas, Maison Carrée), 20 min from the Pont du Gard, close to Uzès, the Camargue, and hiking trails.
