The Space:

The apartment sits at the first floor of the residence and is accessible by stairs.



Note: If you need a baby cot, please tell us in advance, we will provide you one during your stay for free.



Guest Access:

The residence is located on Rue Viennet street.



For arrival by plane from the Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport, a shuttle will take you to Béziers SNCF train station.



For arrival by train from Béziers train station: the building is a 10-minute walk away. Additionally, there is a taxi stand at the station, and the cost would be around ten euros. You can also take the bus from the train station to the Mairie station, the cost is 1€ per ticket. Regardless of the desired mode of transportation, feel free to contact us, and we will assist you.



For arrival by car: for parking, you have four options:



The Effia Halles 1 underground parking is 300 meters away. It offers short-term packages for 3 and 7 days. It is our preffered option for longer stays.

Next to the Saint Nazaire cathedral, or the city hall, which are both 100 meters away from the residence, you will find many paid parking spots in the street :

- Blue Zone spots let you park for free for 30-minute sessions. A blue parking disc is required.

- Yellow Zone spots are paid spots, except lunch time, nights, Sundays and holidays. The first 30 minutes are free each day.



An electric vehicle charging station is across the city hall.

It's open Tuesday–Saturday 8 AM–11 PM and Sunday 8 AM–5 PM—ideal for shopping, breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a quick coffee.

Bus lines 5 and 7 stop just 150 meters away, reaching the train station in 5 minutes. In summer, buses make it easy to get to the sandy beach at Valras Plage (great when parking is difficult).The UNESCO-listed Canal du Midi's famous Nine Locks of Fonseranes is reachable on foot, by bus, or via the Petit Train.
