Stylish house with medit. Garden, AC, barbecue, private + heated. Pool and W-Box

THE HOUSE:
We launched our little gem in 2000 and have been using it for our own vacation for years. In a very quiet location and yet in the middle of the old district of Portiragnes, it is the ideal starting point for swimming fun, relaxation or sport. The house itself has two bedrooms with double beds (1.4mx 2.0m), a large bathroom with floor-to-ceiling, new large shower, separate toilet and a large living room with an integrated kitchen. Central heating also allows holiday fun outside of summer. If it gets too hot, an air conditioning system installed in 2014 creates a comfortable room temperature. This can be regulated separately for the living room and the two bedrooms.

THE KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge with freezer and extractor hood, stove, coffee machine, raclette device, pots, glasses and dishes for max. 6 people). An ironing board and iron are also included. A new dishwasher has been completing the kitchen since 2019.

OUR GARDEN:
The garden has a Mediterranean layout and has a large terrace and an illuminated pool (depth 1.7 m). 4 wooden chairs, 2 sun loungers and a parasol invite you to sit.

GARAGE:
If you are worried about your car, you can use the entrance to the garage. In this are also the wheels and the washing machine.


PLANTS
The garden has about 350 square meters and is laid out with the typical plants and trees that are overjoyed if you get watered from time to time. Thank you!

WIFI / TV
For those who do not want to do without their beloved flicker box even on vacation, there is a small flat screen with satellite connection for German television at their disposal, as well as a stereo system for playing their favorite CDs. A telephone connection was deliberately avoided, since cell phones are now standard equipment.

The situation should be emphasized again. You can be on the beach in 20 minutes by bike and ride a cycle path directly on the Canal de Midi. For me one of the most beautiful bike paths ever. You can leave your car at home during your entire vacation.
