"Parfait séjour merci ☺️"

"There is no front desk or staff available to help us with check in or carrying luggage up the stairs. We arrived after 7 pm. No one answered the bell that was in the directions and I didn’t realize that there was another set of instructions for later arrivals. A local helped us call the manager who gave us instructions for the keypad which was in a different building. We had a misunderstanding about the price because I believed that I had booked it in Canadian dollars but it was in Euros, and...

"we choose this place because it clearly said there was a WASHER AND DRYER under amenities. it states daily housekeeping, robes, and bidet. none at the property. i got in 2 1/2 hrs.later! i asked where w/d ? he said there is none! i filed a complaint with expedia.. there are no towels for the beach...you have to go to the remote property to get towels for the beach. there is no cleaning service or towel exchange. there is no one to greet you at the prpty. there is no way to get in.there is a #...

"Great place with a gorgeous view from the deck! You also look down on the town from just right above, very cool. We really enjoyed it."

"Our stay in Vernazza was extremely disappointing and honestly one of the worst accommodation experiences we’ve had. The bedding had old, dried blood stains, and there were black spots on the pillows, which made us question the cleanliness and hygiene of the room. Even worse, both my husband and I woke up with what appeared to be bed bug bites all over our necks and arms. On top of that, the room was nothing like what was advertised. The view was different from the photos, there was no TV, and...

"Wonderful, clean space, very close to the station and with several restaurants nearby. The hostess was very attentive and kind. I recommend this place to everyone."

"O lugar é mais ou menos. Cama ruim. Chuveiro pessmo.
