W-LAN, TV/radio, equipped kitchenette, 2 rattan armchairs with lounge table etc. make for a cosy flat.

The pond and the many trees on the property allow a remarkable biodiversity, it pleases children and adults who like to observe nature! Hiking and cycling trails, the cross-country ski trail to VAL BEVER leads past the house.
