The apartment has 1 bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. There is 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, fridge, and 2-burner stove. For families, 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available.



Parking is available directly at the house with 1 shared parking space and on the street. Pets and events are not allowed. There is a shared storage room for your bicycles and a table tennis table for communal use.



Public transport is within walking distance. Next to the building, you will find a playground and a table tennis area. Every Saturday, a baker comes by and sells newspapers, fresh bread, and cakes. In the neighborhood, you can buy a box of potatoes, onions, and eggs from the farmer. The accommodation is equipped with energy- and water-saving appliances and sustainable insulation materials. Information on waste separation is available on site to help you support recycling.
