You'll enjoy a main house with two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, plus a sleeping loft.

Inside your retreat, soaring ceilings, exposed beams, stone accents, and wood floors create a rustic-chic lodge vibe, while large windows showcase beautiful lake views. Unwind and watch a movie in the living area or break out the provided board games for some good old-fashioned fun. Detailed with a stylish green tile backsplash and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, the well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for your entire group. The adjacent stone cottage offers two additional sleeping areas, a dining area, and a wet bar.

Enjoy pretty lake views while spending time together on the cozy screened porch, outfitted with twinkling patio lights. This outdoor space includes a heat lamp, alfresco dining, and ample seating. You’ll also find a firepit in the yard - perfect for conversations under the stars.

Your home is situated on Platte Lake, a fantastic inland lake that offers kayak access to Lake Michigan. Hiking, canoe rentals, and rail-to-trails are also nearby. For fun outings, practice your swing at Champion Hills Golf Course, catch a movie at the Cherry Bowl Drive-In Theater, and enjoy Thursday evening free concerts in Beulah. Sleeping Bear Dunes, Crystal Mountain, Frankfort, and Glen Arbor can all be reached in no time.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Dock details: The dock may be used for loading and unloading. Please do not leave boats tied to the dock when not in use.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
