really liked this place owner couldnt have been nicer. We had a three year old with us and the neighbors dogs were noisy. so therefore not the best place for toddlers if you plan on getting sleep. our little guy does not sleep deeply so it was a problem with him and mom. overall we would rent this place again but maybe put the little one in the other bedroom

Five of us stayed on a family vacation. The location was great for touring, especially in the Sleeping Bear Dunes. We also enjoyed visiting the various businesses in Beulah. The information provided by the host was excellent. All in all we agreed that this was a great place to go on our vacation.

Roomy cottage in great location. Just a block from restaurants and shops. Wonderful deck. Well-equipped kitchen. Property was clean but living room carpet was quite stained and couch was very soft. Host was very helpful

We had a great trip! House was perfect for our family! We loved how close crystal lake is to the house. Very shot walk! We visited Frankfurt, sleeping bear dunes while we were there! Susie is such a sweet host and made you feel right at home!

My husband and I and 2 teen agers fit comfortably. we brought our deck boat and enjoyed Crystal lake. The house was clean and stocked well. The boat ramp and public beach was 2 blocks away and a wonderful parking lot for our boat and trailer. we took day trips to Sleeping bear dunes only 20 min. away.

The house was large enough for our family of five to move about comfortably. It had everything we needed. The fenced in patio area was great for the kids to run around a little. It was a quick block away walk to the beautiful beach. The host was accessible and super friendly. The town and restaurants were fervent for a small town. Loved it

Overall fantastic stay! This place is essentially located in downtown Beulah (we walked to town and restaurants daily - everything less than 3 minute walk) and happens to also be a short 2-3 minute walk to Beulah Beach (Crystal Lake). Can't beat location. Suzie was a superb host, and home has everything you need for a great stay with your family. We will definitely return! Thanks for the great stay.

Myself and two cousins had a wonderful quite and home like environment for 4 nights...beautiful place warm and comfortable along with a wonderful manager that helped us all feel very much at home and added fun with sharing time and friendship, would definitely visit for another stay !

The house was perfectly located. It was modern and very clean had everything you could want. Close to the beach and shopping with many things to do within 20 mile radius. Our host was gracious and willing to please. I would highly recommend this property.

The property was very nice. There were six in our party and with three bedrooms and two baths, it worked out nicely. Here are the items to improve. First there was an odor from insecticide or cleaning products for the first few days. It eventually dissipated. The smoke alarm was missing but the property mgr brought us one and we did find the original by the washer. The white painted kitchen chairs were wobbly and one came apart so these need attention. Those were the issues but the rest of the stay was excellent.

Spacious and ideal for our group of 6 family members! Convenient location within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops on Benzie Blvd, Beulah Beach, and Betsie River Trail. Well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals and a deck for dining al fresco! Check in instructions / general information need updatedā€” location of keys was inaccurate and we searched everywhere before finding towels in bins under the bed. A wall cabinet for storage of toiletries and make up would be helpful in the second bathroom. We would recommend The Stone Cottage and would definitely stay again!

Newly remodeled, very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, beds are comfy, owner takes pride in her place and it shows. Wine cooler came in very handy! Short walk to beach, restaurants, very quiet.
