"The farmhouse and surroundings are picturesques but the cleanliness could be very much improved. The laminate flooring is worn in places and the amount of rubbish found under beds and sofas was alarming. "

"Excellent choice of property for a couple; very clean and comfortable, stylish bedroom and bathroom. Only 10 mins on foot to the centre of Betws-y-Coed. Delightful owner who made us feel very welcome on arrival."
