"The property is beautiful and although the building is old, the rooms were updated with modern finishes. We used the amenities, including the pool. We rented e-bikes, and it was convenient, if a little expensive. Staff were very helpful, including providing advice on local bike routes. We had breakfast one morning in the dining room. "The hotel is wonderful, very modern and it feels new. The people who work there were also amazing, whether it was at the front desk or at the restaurant, we were very pleased. If you're not comfortable with sharing an open bathroom with your roommate, maybe you should choose a different hotel. The toilet is in a separate space but the shower/bathtub are in the middle of the room so there is no separation. The main negative thing: the walls are paper thin. "Mooie locatie, nette kamers en vriendelijk personeel. Met het mooie weer was Strand Goud open, heerlijke plek naast het hotel. In de ochtend heerlijk rustig op het terras ontbijten. Enige minpunten waren dat als er veel mensen ontbijten er maar 1 koffie apparaat is. En de airco was op het bed gericht, dus of aan of uit was niet handig met heet weer."
