For example, we seen boxes and bags piled everywhere, including a random toilet in the front. Now to the rooms, as soon as you walk in you are smacked with a suffocating smell. Almost as if they were trying to cover a bad smell up. It reeked of pinesol and cat pee. I took off my shoes as an normal person would and had to immediately put them back on. The floor was...

"I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights housekeeping did not check my room once I never got new towels trash was never collected even when there was 2 adults and 3 kids in one room. Also The water pressure was not the best"

"Was there for a baseball tournament. Had to immediately change rooms due to the bed strongly smelling of urine. Staff didn’t even apologize. Just gave me the new room key and sent me on my way. The pool is small. People who were not hotel guests were following guests in after unlocking the doors and staying for the day and letting their families in. "We were very excited to be able to check in early when we arrived. The hostess was super sweet and helpful, pointing out local attractions, and all the parts of the room. Breakfast both mornings was absolutely delicious and all of the staff was very friendly. We did miss our Manager cocktail hour due to a staff training. Location was fantastic. Would recommend staying here."

"Terrible !!! Dirty not clean the owner was rude and didn’t care about the conditions of the room. I asked for partial refund and was denied. Rat poop in the heaters. Dog hair in tubs dead bugs. Body fluids everywhere! Also drug dealers outside with guns. The owner still didn’t care what they were doing. Don’t go to this place it should be shut down !"

"The hotel was a convenient location for baseball families playing at the cal Ripken experience. That being said, the hotel and local restaurants get overwhelmed by players after the games on the weekends the hotel was for the most part very clean. The pillows were not good at all, but the bed was nice. Our air conditioning did not work upon checking in, but the service staff had it fixed very quickly.
