When you're not teeing it up on the Salt Pond Golf Course, you can challenge friends and family to a variety of sports with tennis, volleyball, shuffleboard, and basketball courts all located on-site. After some fun and friendly competition, you can relax at either the indoor or the outdoor pool. A fitness center and lounge areas are located in the community center clubhouse. Bethany Beach and boardwalk attractions are located within a three-mile drive.

The home's sparkling interior comes fully furnished for modern family comfort. Sink into the plush sofa and armchairs in the living room to stream shows and movies on the smart TV, or gather for some casual conversation in the sunny sitting area. The gleaming full kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to plan and prepare meals at home. The private backyard patio is ready for summertime festivities. Sofas and a smart TV in the upstairs loft provide additional flexibility for breakout entertainment. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Effective January 1, 2024, guest amenity passes will be provided at no additional charge. Fees still apply for golfing. The passes must be picked up and returned to the local office and a fee of $50.00 for each lost/unreturned pass will be assessed.
This home is not equipped with cable. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
