    The Space:

    Escape to the beauty of Bethany Beach and kick back in style here at this fantastic townhome mere minutes from the sand! As soon as you enter this lovely retreat, you will be greeted by tall ceilings, modern furnishings, and an open layout that will allow everyone to mingle with ease. Step outside and you will find the spacious deck, complete with an outdoor dining table and chaise loungers to soak up some rays. After a full day of fun, make your way back to home base and hop into the full kitchen to whip up a tasty meal as the rest of the gang relaxes on the leather sofa with a movie playing on the mounted flatscreen TV. No to mention, you can easily stream favorite shows, catch up on remote work, or stay up to date on social media with the free high-speed WiFi!



    Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.



    THINGS TO KNOW



    Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



    Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

    The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

Our favorite - an absolute gem of a place

This was our favorite vacasa booking after going to Bethany beach for 3 years. It was a perfect location, very roomy and clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies. The porch was huge and perfect for drying beach things and hanging out as a family of four. We can’t wait to stay again!

It is a great house in a great location. Easy access to coastal highway for either trips into Ocean City, MD or in the other direction to Rehoboth Beach, DE. 3 great restaurants right around the corner within walking distance. I had a great time.

Very happy with our stay!!! Our rental was perfect even better then I was expecting!!. I was initially concerned about how the living room was set up with one couch but when we got there they had a sectional which was perfect for my family and the kitchen table actually seated 6 people. I would definitely stay here again!

Great home in a great location!

Our family really enjoyed staying at Sea Colony in Forest Hills. The home had excellent amenities and a great layout. The Sea Colony community was friendly and we enjoyed the pools, playgrounds, and beach. Close to attractions and restaurants, easy to check in. Great experience in Bethany overall!

Great location and plenty of space!

This house was in the perfect location in sea colony. You can walk to the beach and restaurants and shops are literally right behind you, but it doesn’t seem that way because it’s not loud. There is a pool steps away and this had plenty of space for a family of seven including three kids.

Convenient location and spacious home

We had a great weekend at this home. There was lots of space, an open floor plan, and a well-stocked kitchen. It was about as close as you can be in Sea Colony to the main drag and the beach without being in the towers. The house was tucked away and quiet while still being a quick walk to food and fun.

Great vacation

For over 40 years we have vacationed in Bethany Beach and stayed in many Sea Colony units. We love them!! Always some better than others. But we always return and will continue. The beach is beautiful/wonderful and the amenities are the best. Wouldn’t be a summer vacation without visiting Bethany Beach.

The location was great. Amenities were amazing. My kids loved the pool and the splash pad. That said the trams were unreliable and we ended up walking everywhere as a result. We were overall happy with the stay but another thing we didn’t appreciate were the extensive fees when booking though vacasa.

Clean and convenient

Check in was great. Quick and easy. After a VERY long day of beach and tennis, my girlfriend and I left for dinner, came back, and was ready for bed. For some reason, the front door would not lock. We called property management and was told that someone would be out to help us within 15-30 min. I thought that that was a fair amount of time to secure our safety. One hour passes, I call back, a new operator answers and says, to be honest, if they haven’t come out after your first call and the first hour, they’re probably not going to come. We wouldn’t take that as an answer, we were two females staying in an unfamiliar shelter, they MUST come out or we will not be able to sleep unless the doors are properly locked. I asked to speak to a manager and the operator said all she can do is relay the message and that’s not even a guarantee call back! Needless to say, two hours into this fiasco, we were able to get the lock situation fixed. Our next issue actually made me so furious! On the day of checkout, my girlfriend and I woke up early and decided to go to the beach and grab an early morning breakfast. When we came back to the condo at 9am (checkout was supposed to be at 10am) someone entered our condo without us knowing, completely cleaned out the place, (toilets sealed with the clean and sanitized tape) our towels had been taken away, as if we were checked out already! We haven’t even checked out yet and the keys were still in my possession! POOR property management is all I can say. I’m hoping this was just a fluke on their end.
